How it works? For a percentage of the nightly booking, we provide the general below list of personalized services. No upfront costs to you other than your business, application fees and any overall housing improving recommendations you decide to move forward with.
Initial set-up support
Includes local and provincial licensing support. Room set-up, including painting, linens, decor and functional furniture as needed, and well as minor improvements (as needed/to be discussed with owner).
Listing Management
Listing property on Airbnb, including video tour, photographs, managing pricing and guest bookings & communication.
Guest Experience
Managing a smooth guest experience by providing check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions or dealing with any issues/complaints. Lastly, collecting guest feedback for improvement, as well as cleaning and re-stocking for next guests.
